Return Policies.

If for any reason an Olbali product that you purchase for your own personal use does not meet your expectations, you may contact the Customer Service Department at 321-352-7842 or within 30 days of the date of purchase to request a replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to the following rules:

  • Replacement Due to Manufacturer’s Defect or Missing Item. If you request a replacement item due to a manufacturer’s defect or a missing item, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost to you as long as the item is shipped to the same address as the original item. Additional charges may apply if you request that the exchange or replacement item is shipped to a different address.

  • Exchange Not Due to Manufacturer’s Defect or Missing Item. If you wish to exchange an item for another item and the original item is not defective, you will be responsible for the payment of any differences in product prices as well as shipping costs to return the original item to us. In addition, you will be charged the shipping costs to send the exchange item to you. No exchange will be made for products that are not in good and resalable condition, not in their original packaging, or that were otherwise designated by us at the time of sale as nonreturnable, discontinued, or seasonal.

  • Refund Not Due to Manufacturer’s Defect or Missing Item. If you wish to receive a refund for a product under this policy, we may require you to return the item to us. In that event, you will be responsible for the payment of any shipping costs to return the original item to us. Upon our timely receipt of the returned item (if required) a refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs) will be issued to you. Items designated by us at the time of sale as nonreturnable, discontinued, or seasonal are not eligible for a refund under this policy. Nor are business supplies, Sales Tools, or Starter Kits.

  • Sales Receipt Required. If you do not have your original sales receipt, we reserve the right to refuse to honor your product replacement, exchange, or refund request.

  • Product Credit. We reserve the right to issue product credit to you in lieu of your replacement, exchange, or refund request at our discretion if the conditions set forth in this Product Return Policy are not met by you. If you return an item that was purchased using product credit, upon approval, the credit will be reissued. The original product credit expiration date will be extended by 15 days.

  • Customer Returns. Note that the foregoing Satisfaction Promise and Product Return Policies are applicable to products that you sell directly (from your own inventory) to customers. Therefore, if a customer wishes to return a product to you pursuant to these policies, you agree that you shall honor these policies with respect to any such return. After a customer has returned a product to you pursuant to the above, you may likewise return the product to the Company for refund or exchange in accordance with the above policies.

The Application & Agreement, Policies & Procedures and Compensation Plan are specifically incorporated herein by reference. They, along with these Terms & Conditions, form the Agreement between:

Olbali ("Company") and the Independent Sales Representative. They shall be effective only upon acceptance by the Company, at its principal office:

Independent Sales Representative AGREES:

  1. Independent Sales Representative is of legal age in the state/province or country in which he/she resides.
  2. Any Independent Sales Representative who sponsors another Independent Sales Representative or receives a Bonus or Commission on the product sales of another Independent Sales Representative must fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory, distributing and selling function in the sale or delivery of a product or service to the ultimate consumer and in the training of those personally sponsored. Independent Sales Representative must have ongoing contact, communication and arrangement with his or her sales organization. Examples may include, but not limited to: email, newsletters, correspondence, meetings, telephone contact, accompanying individuals to company training sessions and sharing genealogy information with those sponsored. Independent Sales Representative should be able to provide evidence to the Company of ongoing fulfillment of sponsor responsibilities.
  3. Independent Sales Representative understands that he/she is not compensated for sponsoring other Independent Sales Representatives but earns compensation solely on the sale of products and/or services to ultimate consumers.
  4. Applicant is, upon acceptance, an "Independent Contractor", hereinafter Independent Sales Representative, conducting business for her/his own account and not as an agent, employee, or franchisee for the Company. As such, must provide his/her Social Security or Federal Tax ID Number for tax reporting purposes on any monies earned within the country. All Independent Sales Representatives should consult their attorney or tax consultant for information on monies earned and where received. The Independent Sales Representative further understands that he/she will not be treated as an employee in regard to any laws covering employees. An Independent Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all licenses required by law in whatever State, County or Country in which they reside, and pay all applicable fees and taxes.
  5. Independent Sales Representative agrees to accept the sole responsibility for all self-employment and all legal country/federal and state and local income and sales taxes and any other taxes on income earned as an Independent Sales Representative. The Company will file appropriate tax earnings report forms on each Independent Sales Representative at the close of the calendar year for the amount of commissions and bonuses earned in their country of residence under this agreement.
  6. Independent Sales Representative agrees that the Company is not be liable for city, county, state, local and country/federal income taxes, sales taxes or other fees pertaining to sales and earnings of a Independent Sales Representative and Independent Sales Representative will hold the company harmless from all of same.
  7. Independent Sales Representative SHALL NOT promote or sell other companies’ sales programs, products or Company functions on websites where Company is mentioned, or use the Company forms or printed materials or its name, prestige, or drawing power in conjunction with or in support of any other activities.
  8. Independent Sales Representative shall not sponsor or attempt to sponsor another Company Independent Sales Representative into another Direct Sales and/or Network Marketing Company except for her/his personally sponsored Independent Sales Representatives. In addition, no Independent Sales Representative shall participate in any action that causes an Independent Sales Representative to be sponsored through someone else into another company.
  9. Independent Sales Representative will make no claims as to income potential either written or oral except those prepared by the company for illustration purposes only.
  10. Independent Sales Representative will not make any claims of any kind pertaining to the benefits of the company’s products and services except those given in official company promotional media. When presenting the Company program to others, Independent Sales Representative shall present the program in its entirety, without omission, distortion or misrepresentation.
  11. Independent Sales Representative shall not represent or imply, directly or indirectly, that the company has been approved or endorsed by any governmental agency. (Federal and State regulatory agencies do not approve or endorse any marketing company product or programs.)
  12. Independent Sales Representative will indemnify and hold the company harmless from any and all claims, expenses, costs, causes of action and damages resulting from or growing out of Independent Sales Representative statements or actions in violation of this agreement.
  13. Should Independent Sales Representative be terminated for cause, Independent Sales Representative's sales organization may be transferred to his/her first active upline Independent Sales Representative at Company's sole discretion.
  14. I understand that at least 70% of all of Distributor's wholesale purchases must be resold to customers that are not Independent Sales Representatives of Company and that I will not purchase products solely for qualification for a higher position, bonus or commissions.
  15. Independent Sales Representative agrees not to maintain a separate customer account or order from their own business associate account using a separate customer account.
  16. Independent Sales Representative understands that customer orders and purchases can only be credited to the original business associate listed on the order. Customer purchases and orders can not be transferred to another business associate. 
  17. Commission is applied to full-priced Olbali products from our following lines: The Mane Choice, Cool Coffee Clique, Foolproof Body, and Wait & Sea. Lifestyle items and products Discounted 50% off or more non-commissionable.
  18. All product(s) in resalable condition purchased within 30 days prior may be returned (shipping prepaid by the IBA). Company will repurchase such products at 80% of the original price less any bonus or commissions paid to the IBA and their uplines. All Olbali branded material and event displays/sales aids, Company Business Kit, Enrollment Bundles and, non-commissionable product sales (from 50% off and over) are final sales.  A maximum limit of $1,000 products total cost can be returned by an IBA within a 30 day period under the repurchase policy above. Any laws in any jurisdiction inconsistent herewith are adopted herein.
  19. The terminated Independent Sales Representative will be eligible to reapply and may choose a new sponsor after six (6) months. A terminated Independent Sales Representative that reenters the program may not sponsor any of her/his original downline organization.
  20. Independent Sales Representative understands that Company does not permit changing of sponsors. Network Marketing is a business of creating relationships. Once an Independent Sales Representative is sponsored, the Company believes in maximum protection of that relationship.
  21. Independent Sales Representative hereby supplies Olbali with his/her signature for Company files and understands that this signature is the signature of record for all debit card, ACH and any future credit card transactions.
  22. Independent Sales Representative without a sales tax ID number authorizes Company to remit to proper agencies the sales/use tax generated as a result of Independent Sales Representative's product sales.
  23. Independent Sales Representative understands that Company will provide Independent Sales Representative a replicated Web Page . Company will deliver all items upon receipt of good funds.
  24. As an Independent Contractor, Independent Sales Representative is aware of the contractual obligations that occur when she/he purchases products or services from Company. Independent Sales Representative understands that he/she maintains a greater responsibility when ordering on a credit card account as an informed Independent Sales Representative than when ordering as a customer. Independent Sales Representative therefore waives the right of cancellation or refund on any order placed on his/her credit card account(s) except directly through the Company. Any order returns, refunds or exchanges shall be done through Company and not through any credit card company.
  25. In the event that any check (monies) by any method is returned unpaid, I authorize Olbali to debit my account for the face amount plus up to a 10% failed payment processing fee. If said amount remains unpaid, I understand that I could lose my current status and that until my account is brought current I could forfeit certain rights and privileges, including commissions.
  26. Independent Sales Representative understands that USA residents in the States of Maine, North Dakota, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa and West Virginia are limited to a total of $495.00 in sales aids and personal wholesale product purchases from the Company during the first six months. Purchases shall be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in any country/states laws regulating business opportunities.
  27. Company will pay Independent Sales Representative commissions and bonuses on orders received and accepted for sale of products to the ultimate consumer (not sales aids/starter kits) made by Independent Sales Representative and his/her sales organization under the terms of Compensation Plan.
  28. Independent Sales Representative understands that they must be an active member in order to qualify for any incentives, promotions, bonuses, contests, or giveaways. Any attempts to inflate, skew, or otherwise manipulate commissions, rank achievement, bonuses, or qualifications for incentives can result in limiting or complete disqualification from participation. 
  29. Company will retain full authority to accept or reject any Application or any order for products. Such refusal is solely within the discretion of the Company. No right of action against Company will arise because of any such acceptance or refusal.
  30. Company reserves the right to amend, revise, institute, alter or modify changes including but not limited to prices, literature, policies, this Agreement and the Compensation Plan. Any such revisions become effective by email, letter(s) or by publication in official company literature/website or posted to Independent Sales Representative at his or her last known address. Independent Sales Representative agrees to be bound by these changes. Changes will become part of the agreement upon notification. The Distributor Compensation Plan and Policies and Procedures, and all modifications thereafter, are incorporated into and are a part of this agreement.
  31. Company shall not be responsible for acts beyond its control, including but, not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, storms, power outages, labor difficulty, equipment failure, supplier problems, or other difficulties that might prevent performance according to this agreement.
  32. Company assumes no liability for personal injury arising from use or mishandling of any of the Company product(s).
  33. Company does not require Independent Sales Representative to sponsor and does not require any fee or initial product purchase to be a Independent Sales Representative.
  34. Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon receipt of sufficient information that Independent Sales Representative has violated any term or condition of this agreement or has otherwise acted illegally or unethically.
  35. Company will honor refund policies provided by any governmental law applicable to Independent Sales Representative.
  36. Company requires that all Independent Sales Representative obey the letter and the spirit of the law.
  37. I have not violated any non-competition, non-compete, non-solicitation, or confidentiality agreement entered into with any other organization or entity, and by becoming an Independent Sales Representative for Olbali will not be violating any agreement or contract, including non-competition, non-compete, non-solicitation entered in with any other organization.
  38. I approached Olbali Inc, or any other Olbali Independent Sales Representative, employee, or affiliate, about becoming a Olbali distributor and requested to become a Olbali distributor. Olbali or any Olbali Independent Sales Representative or any employees, agents, managers, members, or affiliates, has approached or solicited the undersigned about becoming a Olbali Independent Sales Representative.

Olbali, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (referred to herein as “Olbali”, “our”, “us” or “we”), is committed to respecting the privacy rights of those visiting our websites, including the Olbali website (at, our Independent Business Associates’ Replicated Websites and our mobile applications (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Website” or “Websites”). We created this Privacy Policy to give you confidence as you visit and use the Websites, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and to the protection of privacy.

This Privacy Policy is only applicable to our Websites and not to any Third-Party websites that may link to or from this Website, which may have data collection, storage and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy. For additional information, see the section concerning Third-Party Websites, below.

The Website is located in United States and is subject to U.S. laws. If you are outside of the United States, your use of the Website constitutes consent to the transmission of personal information to the United States. If your use of the Website is against the laws of your jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to refrain from the use of the Website.


Each time you use the Website, the then-current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, each time you use the Website you should check the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the end) and review any changes since the last time you visited the Website. Children’s Privacy.Olbali is committed to the safety of our children. Persons under the age of 18 may not enroll as Olbali Independent Business Associates (hereafter “Independent Business Associate”) or register as customers. Children under the age of 18 may not purchase products or services through any of our Websites. Olbali does not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If Olbali obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, Olbali will immediately delete such information from its database. Because Olbali does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, Olbali has no such information to use or disclose to third parties.

Information Collection. Olbali is the sole owner of the Websites. We collect information from Independent Business Associates, customers, and visitors to the Websites at different points on the Websites.

  • Traffic Data. Like most website operators, Olbali automatically gathers information of the sort that browsers automatically make available, including: (i) IP addresses; (ii) domain servers; (iii) types of devices accessing the Website; and (iv) types of Web browsers accessing the Website (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you.

  • Cookies. A “Cookie” is a string of information that a website stores on a user's computer, and that the user's browser provides to the website each time the user submits a query to the website. The purpose of a Cookie is to identify the user as a unique user of the Website. Olbali uses Cookies to customize your experience on the Website to your interests, to ensure that you do not see the same informational messages repeatedly, and to store your username so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Website. For additional information on Olbali's uses of Cookies, see the section concerning Information Use and Disclosure Practices/Traffic Data and Information Gathered Using Cookies, below. We may allow third parties (such as Google Analytics) to use Cookies on the Websites, but we do not control the use or contents of third-party Cookies.


  • Personal Information. Through your use of or visits to our Websites, you may be required or requested to provide personally identifiable information (hereafter “Personal Information”) to us. Personal Information is any piece of information which can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person. We collect the following categories of Personal Information from users:

    • Name

    • Mailing Address

    • Email Address

    • Telephone Number

    • Social Security/Taxpayer Identification Number

    • Username

    • Account Password

    • Geolocation Information

    • Credit Card Information

    • Billing Information

    • Information associated with other accounts belonging to a user

  • Consent. We do not collect Personal Information from a user without first asking the user to provide it. The Website does not gather Personal Information from users without their knowledge. We may supplement the Personal Information that a user provides to us with additional Personal Information gathered from public sources or from third parties (e.g., consumer reporting agencies) who may lawfully provide such information to us. You are under no obligation to provide Personal Information to us, with the caveat that your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain of the features and services available on the Website or from purchasing some or all of our products.

  • Credit Card Information. Credit card information collected at registration or for shopping cart orders is used only to process payment for purchases. Credit card information is retained by us in order to facilitate subscription purchases. In addition, users may elect to store their credit card information for in order to pay for future product orders and recurring fees. To protect your Personal Information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your credit card information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we implement additional generally accepted industry standards

  • Information that you make Public.   • Information Obtained from Third Party Sources. We may receive information about you such as contact information and demographics information from other sources. In addition, we may combine information you give us with information from these sources. The types of information and sources of such information include without limitation the following categories:

  • Vendors.We may receive contact information and demographic information that you provide to or through our vendors, such as through our email and text message campaigns.

  • Your Olbali Independent Business Associate (if applicable). Information such as account or demographic information that is submitted by your Olbali Independent Business Associate on your behalf.

  • Payment Service Providers. Payment information such as updated credit card number and expiration dates from your bank or credit card company which we use to keep our records current and service you better.

  • Delivery Service Providers. Delivery details such as updated delivery, contact information, and address information from our carriers or other third parties which we use to keep our records current, process orders, deliver your next purchase, and service you better.

  • Social Media Services. Information that you publicly post on our and your social media pages (e.g., our Facebook®, Instagram®, and Twitter® pages), such as your contact and demographic information, such as likes, interests, preferences, comments, suggestions, and opinions, general feedback, and content.

  • Other Third-Party Sources (Including Data Aggregators and Public Databases). Transactional data from third party purchases; contact information, demographics information, including profile data; information about products or services purchased from other companies

Information Use and Disclosure Practices

  • Traffic Data and Information Gathered Using Cookies.Olbali analyzes Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies to help Olbali better understand who is using the Website and how they are using it. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, Olbali is able to better design the Website to improve your experience, and to serve you more relevant and interesting content. From time to time, Olbali may release Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies in the aggregate, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Website. Olbali does not attempt to link information gathered using Cookies to Personal Information.

  • Personal Information. Personal Information is used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy. In general, we use your Personal Information to:

    • Process your orders;

    • Communicate with you regarding your orders, your account, the use of our products or services, or otherwise provide customer service;

    • Maintain your account and keep track of any purchases made by you;

    • Authenticate your account credentials and identify you to log in to the Website;

    • Personalize your experience on the Website;

    • Send you marketing communications about services and products offered by us and our affiliated companies, as permitted by law;

    • Improve our website, your personal information may be analyzed to search for patterns which may help improve the overall website experience;

    • Improve the customer service we provide, your personal information may be used for review and quality control purposes;

    • Authenticate your credit or debit card account information;

    • Create de-identified personal information to be used by us; and

    • Use for any other reason you consent to.

  • Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy, Olbali DOES NOT share Personal Information. Olbali may share aggregated information from time to time with its partners, vendors or other third parties. When such aggregate information is shared by Olbali, no Personal Information is shared.

  • Disclosure Practices. Except under the following circumstances and otherwise as set forth in this Privacy Policy, Olbali will keep your Personal Information private and will not sell it to or share it with third parties.

    • Disclosure in Connection with Services. Olbali discloses Personal Information to those who help it provide Services, including those who perform technical, administrative and data processing tasks such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, and data storage and security.

    • Our Affiliates. We disclose your Personal Information to affiliates of Olbali for the following purposes:

    • By Law or to Protect Rights. Olbali discloses Personal Information when required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena or court order, or when Olbali believes in its sole discretion that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Olbali, third parties or the public at large.

    • Legally Required Law Enforcement, Judicial and Administrative Agency Disclosures. Olbali will provide confidential and personally identifiable information as necessary to comply with judicial and administrative orders, subpoenas, Civil or Criminal Investigative Demands, Administrative and Regulatory Demands and other legal obligations. In order for Olbali to conduct business in certain jurisdictions, Olbali must disclose certain personally identifiable and confidential information to regulatory authorities in such jurisdictions. Such information may include, but is not limited to, income information and personally identifiable information.

    • Business Transfers; Bankruptcy. Olbali reserves the right to transfer all Personal Information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of Olbali’s assets. Other than to the extent ordered by a bankruptcy or other court, the use and disclosure of all transferred Personal Information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, or to a new privacy policy if you are given notice of that new privacy policy and an opportunity to affirmatively opt-out of it. Personal Information submitted or collected after a transfer, however, may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by Olbali’s successor organization.

    • Unpaid Accounts. If you fail to pay any balance owed to Olbali, we may, as permitted by law, report your Personal Information, including without limitation your unpaid balance, to consumer credit reporting services, collection agencies and others.

    • Invite a Friend. When you invite family or friends to join the Olbali network, Olbali will send an email on your behalf to the indicated recipient. Your name and email address will appear in the “From” line of such email.

    • Lead Assignment and Independent Business Associate Locator Features. Olbali occasionally will assign prospective sales and prospective Independent Business Associate leads to Independent Business Associates. In these cases, we will provide the prospective customer or Independent Business Associate with the appropriate Independent Business Associate’s name and contact information and/or provide an Independent Business Associate with the prospective customer’s or Independent Business Associate’s name and contact information.

    • Downline Activity/Genealogy Reports. As a network marketing company, Olbali provides certain information to Independent Business Associates regarding other Independent Business Associates and Customers enrolled in an Independent Business Associate’s downline marketing organization (sales team). To help Independent Business Associates in Olbali’s network marketing program manage their independent businesses, we provide our Independent Business Associates with some of the Personal Information of the other Independent Business Associates and customers whom they have personally sponsored/enrolled as well as other Independent Business Associates who are on their marketing teams. If you enroll as an Independent Business Associate or register as an Olbali Customer, your name, address, telephone number, and email address, as well as data relating to your sales, purchases, and recruitment activity will be disclosed to the Independent Business Associate who sponsored you and to other Independent Business Associates who are upline to you and your sponsoring Independent Business Associate. No other Personal Information will be shared with Independent Business Associates. Such information is shared via the Independent Business Associate Back-Office. Information relating to downline Independent Business Associates is made available to Independent Business Associates subject to a confidentiality and non-solicitation covenant in the agreement that each Independent Business Associate enters into with Olbali. However, Olbali does not warrant that other Independent Business Associates will adhere to the confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants, and Olbali shall not be responsible for Independent Business Associates’ violation of these covenants. By enrolling as an Independent Business Associate or registering as an Olbali Customer, you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this paragraph.

    • Surveys. It may become necessary to conduct surveys of our customers or Independent Business Associates. Should we deem it necessary to conduct a survey, we may outsource the survey to a third party. We will provide the third-party survey company with your Personal Information as is necessary for the third-party survey company to conduct the survey and to those third parties whom we engage to review and analyze the results of the survey. We will not provide your social security number, credit card or banking information to the survey provider.

Retention of Personal Information. Unless there is something in this Policy to the contrary, we may retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active and for a period of time thereafter to allow you to re-activate your account without loss of information. We may also retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with legal requirements and obligations, defend our rights, resolve conflicts, improve the Website, address complaints, and enforce contracts.

Electronic Communications. Consistent with this Privacy Policy and as is permitted by applicable law, we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email. We receive notice when you open an email or click a link within a marketing email.

Online Advertising. We may display advertising on our Website and partner with third parties to manage advertising on other Websites for our products and services. We may also partner with third parties, including business partners, advertising networks, and other advertising service providers, who gather information about you on our Sites and other sites to provide you with advertisements on the Website and elsewhere online based on your browsing history and tailored to your interests, preferences, and characteristics. Cookies or other similar technologies may be used to provide you with advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy.

Some third parties collect information about users of our Website to provide interest-based advertising on our Website and elsewhere, including across browsers and devices. These third parties may use the information they collect on our Website to make predictions about your interests in order to provide you with ads (from us and other companies) across the Internet. Some of these third parties may participate in industry-developed programs designed to provide consumers with choices about whether to receive targeted advertising.
